Seminar Series
This highly-acclaimed seminar series covers largely benefits, compensation and compliance topics including COBRA, HIPAA, cafeteria plans, FMLA, consumer-driven health care, compensation strategies, retirement plan management, and employment law. The 3½-hour seminars are offered in a classroom format in Minneapolis, Minnesota and Dallas, Texas. Participation is free for Stanton Group clients and special guests, and includes a continental breakfast.
WebcastsThese convenient,
90-minute live seminars are delivered via the Internet, and provide participants with the latest in benefits, human resources, compensation and compliance information. No need to drive across town and walk through the rain or snow to a meeting room – just log in on your computer at home or office and we take it from there. Participation is free for Stanton Group clients and special guests, but you’re on your own for coffee and pastries!
HR Assessments
These live, classroom sessions allow you to assess the effectiveness of your organization’s human resources (HR) function and how to take it to the next level. We offer sessions for those without a well-developed HR function to learn over 35 key HR elements and to prioritize high-impact HR opportunities. We also offer sessions for those with a developed HR function to learn how to take HR from a back-room transactional operation to a full-fledged strategic partner in your organization.

Management Academy
A series of four half-day, highly-experiential skill-development workshops for
